For orders received from Germany and other member countries of the EU, the prices shown on this website include VAT, where applicable, at the current rate.
If you are not happy with the WRTH book when you receive it, you may return it within a week and we will refund you with the full purchase cost. The book must be packed securely and sent by either first-class mail or airmail so that it reaches us in good condition. Software (Web App) is not available for refund. Please also read our cancellation policy.
All our books are despatched by post unless you choose courier delivery for books. Please note that for book deliveries to South & Central America, Mexico, the Indian subcontinent, the Middle East, and China we recommend using our courier service. If you order from one of these countries or regions and do not select courier delivery then, in the event of your book being lost, we will not send you a replacement.

Our Customer Complaints Policy
This website and the products available on it are provided by Radio Data Center GmbH. We are committed to meeting the highest quality standards in the delivery of the service we provide to our customers. We aim to provide efficient and effective service and take any problems that do arise very seriously indeed. We aim to ensure that any complaints our customers may have are identified quickly and dealt with in accordance with our complaints handling procedure. We will investigate your complaint in accordance with an internal written procedure which involves:-
- – acknowledging any complaint and responding in full within 28 days or, if that is not possible, letting you know within that time when we will be able to respond fully;
- – carrying out a full review of your complaint;
- – responding to you with our views on your complaint and how we propose to resolve it;
- – if you are not satisfied with our response, we will instigate a further review by our Client Service Director.
If any provision contained in these Terms & Conditions is determined to be invalid or unenforceable the remainder of the Terms & Conditions shall not be affected.
Our website is operated and controlled from Germany and these Terms & Conditions and your use of this website are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany. Unless you are using our website and services as a consumer, by agreeing to these Terms & Conditions you consent to all disputes arising out of or relating to your use of this website being decided only by the courts of Germany. If you are accessing this website from another jurisdiction it is your responsibility to ensure compliance with the laws that apply to that jurisdiction.
You are not permitted to assign your rights under these Terms & Conditions.
